    De verdad es una gran lástima que os cuento lo que me está pasando con la compra que hecho con vosotros, me refiero al pedido de las bolsas de rollos, es que me habéis vendido una mala qualidad, primero las bolsas son duras y pesadas y le cuesta a la máquina de cortarlas, segundo las pocas que hemos cortado, cuando las rellenamos con agua al día siguiente no se puede beber, porque huele fatal y química,por eso hemos tenido muchas quejas de la parte de los clientes, estoy insatifecho con el producto

    Hi Dear, Sorry to bring you a bad experience. But for the problem you mentioned, it is not our quality problem. The order roll film material and thickness are customized according to your requirements as we agreed. If you think it is too heavy and hard to cut, it can be choose a thinner thickness or adjust the machine cutting. For the smell mentioned, it is printed with ink, and the gas will dissipate after about 3 days. as the goods was ship out once it ready. The roll film material and ink we use are food grade, and I have sent the test report for your reference.
