The order roll film material and thickness are customized according to your requirements as we agreed. If you think it is too heavy and hard to cut, it can be choose a thinner thickness or adjust the machine cutting. For the smell mentioned, it is printed with ink, and the gas will dissipate after about 3 days. as the goods was ship out once it ready. The roll film material and ink we use are food grade, and I have sent the test report for your reference.
